I am a 50 year old stay at home mom. My wonderful husband, Todd, and I have been together since college and we just celebrated our 20th anniversary. We have two kids. Samantha is 13 and James is 12.

I have been a “gym rat” since my dad got us a family membership at a Nautilus gym when I was in high school. I am a health and fitness fanatic, and I have been committed to a healthy way of life for 30 years.  I truly believe everyone can be their best fit self.  It takes work, dedication, perspective and good information.  I hope my web site can provide you with tips to work hard, inspiration to dedicate yourself to a fit lifestyle, a no nonsense perspective on fitness and weight loss, and reliable information so that you can become the best you.

My two passions are being a mom and fitness. As a mom, I always appreciate a great tip.  Whether it is a shortcut on how to prepare a recipe faster, or a trick for putting on makeup, the right tip will make my day a little easier.  Fitness and nutrition are no different.
